All PCP countries have taken the necessary steps to exchange information on known and suspected terrorists, in accordance with Directive 6 on Homeland Security (HSPD-6), and have also signed agreements on the prevention and fight against serious forms of crime (PCSC) or on an equal footing with the United States in order to exchange information on criminals and potential terrorists. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Ministries of Justice and State Affairs are cooperating with DEP countries to fully implement the HSPD-6 and pcsc agreements.
