Righteous Kill
3.5/5
I feel that the makers of Righteous Kill after combining De Niro and Pacino with an interesting reasoning behind a killing spree they decided to rest on their laurels. The acting reminiscent of characters before, the pace was slow and lackluster action. I had a hard time believing these aging actors as the testerone filled detectives they were trying to portray, lifting weights, running and sexing it up. I am sure this movie will be loved by many, just for the big names in it alone, but I found the characters to the sides to be more interesting and real.

Wanted
5/5
Once again showing that graphic novels have stories that need to be brought to the theater. Story does not stick completely to the orginal to give it more good vs. evil. Three way tie to what was hottest: action, the gun fight or Angelina Jolie.

Hancock
5/5
A tale of a hero without a past or a direction gaining both. Not the normal summer blockbuster superhero movie, but none the less a blockbuster superhero movie.

WALL-E
4.5/5
Pixar does it again! The skills to make the simplist object have emotions & tell a story without speaking (ok they do use about 4 words). First Pixar movie which seems to have a virtuous commentary on humanity today.

The Incredible Hulk
3.5/5
All important plot points from the comic book were in the movie, which in turn made comic book fans happy. I lack the comic book back ground felt it was lacking abit in the story, but still found it fun & the special effects amazing.

The Fall

Wonderful story of a man getting past physical as well as emotional pain, while at the same time giving a young girl a story to imagine. Absoultly stunning locations & imagery.

The Strangers
4/5
Opens with a glimps of the horror to come and ends with a full bloody picture of the horror that was hinted at the start. Through out the movie you and everyone in the theater will jump and cringe as the bad guy comes into the screen. This was the scariest movie I have ever watched with closed eyes.
